Job Summary: This role involves preparing accurate budgets for medical procedures, managing quotations and letters of guarantee, and ensuring communication with patients and internal teams. Communication and follow-up with patients and internal teams. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Prepare accurate budgets for any outpatient and/or inpatient medical procedure, whether surgical or non-surgical. 1\. Prepare budgets for medical services specified in the Medical Order, based on current fee schedules and agreements with insurance companies. 2\. Request quotations from pharmacy/logistics. 3\. Manage requests for Letters of Guarantee according to each insurance company’s platform under agreement and perform corresponding follow-up. 4\. Deliver the budget and letter of guarantee to the patient promptly and ensure their receipt. 5\. Follow up on the patient’s response. 6\.
