At ENGIE, we value: * **Professional Development:** Self-manage your career in a dynamic environment with continuous growth opportunities, ongoing training, and development. * **Well-being and Work-Life Balance:** We foster a culture of well-being, care, and work-life balance, promoting workplaces that prioritize mental health, safety, and sustainable personal development. * **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** We promote bias-free processes and a safe, trusting, respectful workplace where you can be yourself and perform at your full potential—regardless of origin, gender, generation, disability, or sexual orientation. **Implementation Manager – Chanchamayo Site / Alpamayo Project** **(Fixed-Term Contract)** **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Represent the concessionaire on-site as the project’s highest authority vis-à-vis contractors, clients, local authorities, and the community. * Ensure achievement of project objectives regarding HSE, quality, schedule, and budget, exercising oversight over EPC and construction contractors. * Lead coordination among various project areas—engineering, procurement, permits, construction, and commissioning—to ensure alignment and coherence in execution. * Supervise and control on-site contractor performance, making decisions in response to contractual, technical, or scheduling deviations, escalating to project management as appropriate. * Approve key documentation issued by contractors—including schedules, progress reports, and construction procedures—on behalf of the concessionaire. * Coordinate operational staff activities to support knowledge acquisition and prepare for the operations phase. * Prepare and report to project management on progress status, risks, and contingencies within your area of responsibility. * Lead weekly construction meetings. **What We Need From You:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Approximately 10 years of experience executing electrical infrastructure projects, with proven involvement in transmission line and/or power substation projects. * Experience in owner’s representative, site management, or EPC contractor supervision roles within transmission projects. * Proficiency in document control and project management platforms (e.g., Procore or similar). * Familiarity with the PMBOK standard or PMP certification. * Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. * Availability to work under a 21x7 work regime in Chanchamayo. **Benefits We Offer:** * 100% covered medical insurance premium * 100% covered oncological insurance premium * Performance bonus * Occupational health and safety bonus * Training and workshops ***At ENGIE,*** *every individual plays a vital role in accelerating the energy transition.
