We are seeking a Junior Material & Warehouse Operator to manage receipt, dispatch, and inventory control for mining projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting professionals for the position of Material \& Warehouse Operator, Junior to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our key field projects.
**About the Role**
* Receive and verify materials and equipment against delivery notes, purchase orders, and technical specifications, applying project-specific protocols
* Receive materials and equipment at the Concentrator Warehouse
* Dispatch received materials and equipment
* Complete checklists in SharePoint for received materials and equipment
* Organize and store materials across various site warehouses
* Inspect and verify material and equipment conformity across different warehouses, confirming proper covering and good condition
* Conduct daily inspections of electrical cable reels stored across various warehouses
* Promote and maintain a safety culture within warehouses under your responsibility, including core concepts such as order, cleanliness, and Zero Accidents
* Keep the inventory control system up to date, with special attention to project-critical materials
* Coordinate with warehouses and material yards to ensure correct preservation and segregation of materials per mining standards
* Support identification of potential material consumption deviations that could impact work continuity
* Ensure compliance with applicable HSEC regulations for material handling and storage in mining.
**About You**
* Technical degree in Construction or Administration, Logistics, or related fields
* Basic knowledge of construction and/or mining infrastructure is desirable
* Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems used in large-scale projects
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles on mining sector construction projects
* Experience with ERP systems or material control software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera Materials) is desirable
* Experience managing materials for concentrator plants, pumping systems, earthworks, or mining infrastructure is desirable
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools
* Experience using SharePoint for document control and checklists
* Understanding of material storage and preservation procedures under high-altitude or extreme-climate conditions
* Knowledge of material coding and classification per mining industry standards
* Knowledge of industrial safety and risk prevention in mining warehouses
