**About You**
In this Operator 2 role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market—putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
* Receive packaging materials, verifying labels and release vouchers to ensure correct material for the product being manufactured; reject defective materials after prior communication with the lead operator.
* Operate cutters and packagers, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and supporting continuous process improvement.
* Efficiently execute count and/or product changeovers, meeting established time targets.
* Inspect products according to defined frequency and segregate those failing to meet quality specifications.
* Complete control forms accurately and report out-of-range variables to the lead operator. Actively participate in bi-hourly line meetings.
* Perform daily machine cleaning and ensure order and cleanliness of your assigned line in compliance with the 5S methodology.
* Replace Operator 1 as needed, fulfilling all their responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
* Completed secondary education.
* One year of experience in similar machine-operating roles; experience operating paper packagers/encapsulators or mass-consumer goods equipment is desirable.
* Basic proficiency in Office / Microsoft 365\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience operating production machinery with knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management is desirable.
* Experience in mass-consumer goods companies is desirable.
