**Project Technical Assistant – Lima**
**(Temporary Contract)**
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Receiving, distributing, dispatching, and archiving all project-related documentation and correspondence, including communications with authorities and those generated by the Project Manager and Contract Managers.
* Tracking and monitoring team project tasks and commitments, maintaining up-to-date records and issuing alerts regarding deadlines or pending items.
* Managing and tracking purchase orders generated throughout projects within the GET system, ensuring traceability and administrative control.
* Coordinating all travel arrangements for the project team—including flights, accommodation, transportation, and per diems—for the three regions where projects are executed.
* Providing support to Site Assistants for each project and assuming their duties when necessary, ensuring operational continuity.
* Administering and controlling petty cash for minor and urgent expenses, with timely recordkeeping and reimbursement in accordance with internal procedures.
* Continuously monitoring government and regulatory authority websites to track the status of permits, licenses, and other project-related procedures.
**What do we need from you?**
* Professional or Technical degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
* Five years of experience in administrative assistance roles (preferably in construction and project environments).
* MS Office.
* Knowledge and experience with document management systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Ariba, or similar) (Preferred).
* Familiarity with project control tools (MS Project, Aconex, Procore, or similar) (Preferred).
* Intermediate English (Preferred).
* Prior experience in concessionaire companies, construction firms, or the energy sector (Preferred).
