If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to build a career with our company, we invite you to join our team! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and analyze maintenance reporting data for terminal equipment, civil infrastructure, and electrical systems. * Prepare reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI to monitor key maintenance indicators. * Participate in root cause analysis and failure review meetings led by the Reliability department. * Update weekly and monthly KPI reporting dashboards. * Develop Power Apps solutions to digitize internal processes. * Leverage AI to propose improvements in maintenance management. **What talent are we looking for?** LEAN Mindset: We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root, and motivated to improve things every day. * Education: Graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Languages: Intermediate English * Advanced Excel — charts, pivot tables, formulas, macros * PowerPoint: Intermediate * Power BI: Advanced * AI: Intermediate ### **Key Competencies** * Time management * Teamwork capability * Clear and precise communication * Proactivity * Honesty * Creativity * Consistent resolution and evolution of assigned tasks **Desirable Qualifications:** * Maintenance metrics * LEAN tools **If you enjoy taking on major challenges, now is the time to join APM Terminals Callao!** Learn more about us Are you interested in a career at APM Terminals?
