Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Counter Agent to provide customer service, promote ticket and parcel sales, manage collections, and handle complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and promotion of ticket and parcel sales. 2. Collection management and issuance of sales documents. 3. Receiving and delivering parcels in accordance with procedures. An interprovincial transportation and parcel delivery company is looking to hire 02 **Sales Counter Agents** **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers and promote the sale of tickets and/or parcel services. * Collect payment for services and issue tickets, invoices, receipts, or other applicable documents. * Receive and deliver parcels to customers following parcel handling procedures. * Perform daily sales reconciliation. * Address customer complaints and grievances. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. Administration, hospitality, or related fields preferred. * Minimum six months’ experience in customer service, sales, and cashier duties is desirable. * Availability to work at Plaza Norte from 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM and one full-time day. **Benefits:** * Remuneration: Base salary S/. 1130 \+ mobility allowance S/. 170\.00 * Social benefits as per law \- MYPE regime (50%) * Positive work environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
