Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop, integrate, maintain, and optimize information systems and hotel management software. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation A 5-star hotel company seeks to include the following in its staff: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role, preferably within the hospitality industry. * Experience with hotel management systems (preferred). * Certifications in web development, agile methodologies, or database management. * Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Intermediate English proficiency. ***Responsibilities:*** * Responsible for development, integration, maintenance, and optimization of information systems and hotel management software (PMS, POS, etc.). * Ensure operational continuity of technological platforms to optimize and enhance efficiency in customer service. * Provide support and maintenance to various departments. * Manage databases according to requirements. * Proficiency in BI tools. * Design, code, and maintain integrations via APIs/Web Services, etc. * Diagnose and resolve software incidents on operational platforms across departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Sales, etc.). * Administer, query, and optimize operational databases to ensure transaction speed and consistency. * Guarantee guest data protection and compliance with electronic transaction security standards (PCI\-DSS) * ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Monthly performance bonus. * Meal allowance.
