Professional development with continuous training **Job Description:** Dental Clinic Identical S.A.C. is looking to hire one (01) Dental Assistant who is proactive, dynamic, organized, committed to their duties, and service-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a digital, technological, and patient-centered environment. Work Location: San Juan de Miraflores (near Ovalo de la Mujer) **Main Responsibilities** * Assist dentists during clinical procedures (restorative dentistry, surgery, orthodontics, etc.). * Rapidly enter into the System the information dictated by the Dentist. * Prepare and disinfect the work area before and after each patient visit. * Maintain orderly clinical records. * Handle dental instruments, materials, and supplies. * Sterilization and biosafety control. * Support in taking radiographs (desirable). * Management and organization of clinical records. * Patient accompaniment and guidance during their visit. * Support in patient scheduling and flow management. **Requirements** * Technical studies in: Dental Assistant, Dental Prosthetics, Nursing, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** experience in a dental clinic (desirable). * Basic handling of dental instruments (desirable). * Proactive, respectful, responsible, and empathetic attitude. * Excellent interpersonal skills and patient communication. * Typing speed and accuracy. * Familiarity with dental software (desirable). * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency and typing speed. **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity * Dynamism * Assertive communication * Service orientation * Teamwork * Clinical organization and order * Adaptability to technology and new processes * Patient experience focus Schedule: **EVENING SHIFT:** Monday to Saturday (2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., 6 hours daily without break). **Monthly Salary: S/.840\.6.** **Benefits** * Continuous training * Excellent working environment * 25% discount on basic dental treatments for the employee and their immediate family members (first and second degree, consanguineous) * MYPE payroll registration If you are passionate about healthcare, send us your CV.
