(Peruvian audience) We are currently seeking FULL-TIME COLLECTIONS ADVISORS. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? \* Basic PC skills \* Minimum 3 months of experience in collections call centers. \* Strong communication skills and fluency in speech. \* Immediate availability for on-site work near Megaplaza. \* Eagerness to learn and grow WHAT DO WE OFFER? \* Fixed monthly salary of S/1200 \+ bonus scheme \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm; rotating Saturdays: 8:00 am \- 1:30 pm or 12:00 pm \- 5:30 pm \* Lunch provided by the company. \* Career path opportunity \* Salary payments without AFP or ONP deductions \* Short paid training sessions. \* Training certificate \* Discounts on company products. \* Excellent work environment, career path, and ongoing training. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Contact customers and provide order information. \- Follow up and collect payments from delinquent customers. \- Verify and correct information with the sales department.
