Development of skills in sales and negotiation techniques. **Job Objective** Provide personalized counseling to customers, identifying their needs to offer appropriate solutions, driving sales, and contributing to the company's business objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide personalized customer service and counseling. * Promote and sell the company's products. * Identify sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers. * Prepare quotations, issue orders, and coordinate with the warehouse department for timely fulfillment of requirements. * Maintain an updated customer database and record commercial activities. * Resolve inquiries and deliver service focused on customer satisfaction. * Achieve established sales targets and commercial performance indicators. * Participate in commercial campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements Academic Qualifications** * Completed secondary education. * Technical or higher education studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory roles. **Knowledge** * Sales and negotiation techniques. * Customer service. * Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Experience with sales or billing systems (preferred). **Competencies** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Proactivity and initiative. * Results-oriented mindset. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. **Working Conditions** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.** * Saturdays: **9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.** **Work Location:** Downtown Lima. **Fixed Remuneration:** **S/ 1,500\.00** per month. **Unlimited Commissions:** The more you sell, the higher your income. **Weekly and Monthly Bonuses:** Additional incentives for achieving commercial targets. **Benefits:** Enrollment in REMYPE payroll, benefits at 50% (bonuses, CTS, 15 days of vacation).
