Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Commercial Executive to develop and expand the customer portfolio, execute commercial plans, and position beauty brands. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for top talent for the position of Commercial Executive \- Field. **Requirements:** * Technical or graduate degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. * 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial roles, brand development, coverage strategies, and/or customer management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * An active customer portfolio is a plus. * Willingness to travel according to assigned area. * Hunter profile, results-oriented, with ability to develop and position brands and conduct effective negotiations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the commercial plan for assigned brands, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. * Manage and expand the customer portfolio, strengthening long-term business relationships. * Ensure proper brand execution at the point of sale (assortment, pricing, display, and promotional materials). * Analyze sales performance, market coverage, and inventory turnover, proposing improvement and growth actions. * Identify business opportunities, new customers, and channels to increase brand presence. * Coordinate with internal departments (marketing and operations) for the correct implementation of campaigns and product launches. * Prepare periodic management and commercial progress reports for supervisors and the commercial management team. * Responsible for collections follow-up. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits from day one. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * Salary \+ transportation allowance \+ quarterly bonus. * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) / Saturdays (half-day). * Corporate discounts. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Career development path.
