Analysis of social media performance and proposal of improvements We are looking for Talented Professionals **Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media and creating content. * Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. * Basic photo and video/Reels editing skills. **Responsibilities** * Manage social media accounts and online community. * Create, design, and publish content across different platforms. * Develop content calendars and creative proposals. * Design graphics, stories, Reels, and promotional materials. * Respond to messages and comments from the community. * Support digital marketing and advertising campaigns. * Analyze social media metrics and propose improvements. * Identify trends and generate new content ideas. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
