Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication; Graphic Design; or related fields. * Availability to travel to the districts of San Miguel, Miraflores, and Los Olivos. * Minimum one year of experience working as a Community Manager. * Proficiency in social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Intermediate-level proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and Adobe Premiere). * Creativity and strong writing skills. Responsibilities: * Editing videos for advertising campaigns, social media, and corporate materials. * Audio handling, color correction, and basic image retouching. * Proposing creative ideas to enhance audiovisual storytelling. * Adapting content pieces into different formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.). * Planning and managing social media content. * Responding to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media. * Creating compelling texts and copy for posts. * Reporting metrics and results of digital campaigns. * Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIRED SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (hybrid modality) BENEFITS * Formal employment registration Salary: S/.1,025\.00 Schedule: Hybrid Position Type: Full-time Compensation: S/.1,025\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside? * Are you available to work onsite three days per week? * Are you available to travel to the districts of San Miguel, Los Olivos, and Miraflores? * Are you available to work Monday–Friday from 9\-4:00 and Saturdays from 9\-1:30? * How many years of experience do you have as a Community Manager?
