Embrace a rich professional experience by joining teams of passionate individuals. **Job Description** -------------- * Manage contracts and subcontracts, issue communications, and raise early warnings. * Supervise progress valuations, defect tracking, and subcontract closures. * Draft contractual documents, standardize Terms of Reference (TORs), and review award reports. * Coordinate with technical departments to ensure timely delivery of information to the client. * Lead coordination meetings (kick-off / progress follow-up) and prepare minutes. * Resolve contractual queries, train subcontractors, and propose process improvements. * Ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS), HSE policies, and due diligence requirements. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Architect, Lawyer, or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience. * At least 2 years of specific experience in contractual management within construction companies. * Experience in O&M (Operation and Maintenance) projects is desirable.
