Cost and Productivity Analyst Requirements: * Degree in Mining Engineering **(mandatory)** * Knowledge of costing methods, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting * Minimum 3 years of experience. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation, control, and analysis of operational (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) costs. * Review expenses related to drilling, blasting, hauling, maintenance, and auxiliary services. * Identify deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions. * Monitor productivity. * Evaluate equipment performance indicators (drills, haul trucks, auxiliary equipment). * Prepare periodic cost and productivity reports for management.
