Job Summary: Manage the 360-degree operations of the Glow Bar, analyzing sales data and customer behavior to achieve monthly targets, while overseeing visual presentation and sales control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end operations of the Glow Bar 2. Analyze sales data and metrics to support informed decision-making 3. Oversee the updating and visual presentation of the Glow Bar **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage the 360-degree operations of the Glow Bar to achieve monthly sales targets. 1\. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and Glow Bar performance metrics to make informed decisions and thereby meet the agreed-upon monthly quota. 2\. Supervise the operations and updating of the Glow Bar to ensure optimal space utilization and visual presentation. 3\. Analyze, monitor, and control Glow Bar sales versus quota. 4\. Perform additional duties inherent to this role. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of beauty products: makeup, dermocosmetics, etc. * Prior experience leading commercial teams (desirable). * Prior experience managing sales KPIs, cross-selling, shrinkage, etc. * Basic proficiency in Excel. * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x2\) with 100% on-site attendance.
