We are looking for a **Data \& SEO Analyst** with an analytical and strategic profile who can transform digital and commercial information into **actionable insights for decision-making**, as well as contribute to improving organic positioning and performance across our digital channels.
This role will involve cross-functional collaboration with **Sales, Innovation, and Systems** teams, with direct interaction with senior management.
**Requirements**
* Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, SEO, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
* Experience analyzing KPIs, building dashboards, and reporting on commercial and digital information.
* **Digital analytics tools:** Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Google Search Console.
* **Data analysis and management:** Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
* Proficiency in at least one data visualization and Business Intelligence tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik, or similar.
* Knowledge of **technical and on\-page SEO**, especially focused on: content and website structure analysis and optimization; improving organic search engine rankings; and identifying opportunities to enhance SEO performance.
* Preferred: Knowledge of data integration and automation.
* Preferred proficiency with tools such as **Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Hotjar/Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Make/n8n, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB**.
* Analytical and critical thinking, proactivity, autonomy, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across different departments.
