Description
Job Summary:
Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, and workforce optimization using advanced AWS services to enhance healthcare delivery.
Key Highlights:
1. Development of predictive and segmentation models using AWS SageMaker.
2. Collaboration with clinical and commercial teams to deliver analytical solutions.
3. Design and execution of experiments to support data-driven decision-making.
**Description**
**Offer**
--------------------------
Develop predictive models, segmentation, propensity modeling, and workforce optimization using AWS services (Amazon SageMaker, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight).
1\. Design, develop, and validate predictive models (clinical risk, hospital readmission, service demand, churn, lifetime value) using Amazon SageMaker (notebooks, training jobs, built-in algorithms) and advanced machine learning and statistical techniques on Auna’s clinical and commercial data.
2\. Build patient and customer segmentation models (by clinical profile, usage behavior, commercial value, risk) on AWS infrastructure, leveraging SageMaker Processing, Athena, and Redshift for large-scale data processing, and deploying results into Amazon QuickSight dashboards.
3\. Develop propensity models (purchase propensity, service usage, attrition, treatment adherence) deployed as inference endpoints in SageMaker, integrated with CRM and marketing systems via Lambda and API Gateway.
4\. Conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of clinical, commercial, and operational data using AWS analytics services (Athena, Redshift, Glue, S3), including demand forecasting and workforce optimization (staffing sizing for clinical and administrative personnel), identifying patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
5\. Collaborate with clinical areas (Oncology, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine) and commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Patient Experience) to understand their analytical needs, translate them into AWS-based data science projects, and communicate findings clearly and actionably.
6\. Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, causal analysis) leveraging AWS data infrastructure to measure the impact of clinical and commercial interventions, providing quantitative evidence for decision-making.
7\. Document methodologies, results, and insights in reports and interactive dashboards (Amazon QuickSight), ensuring reproducibility of analyses and facilitating business-user adoption of analytical solutions.
