JOB DESCRIPTION A leading company is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to comprehensively lead and control dispatch and delivery operations for graphic materials at local and national levels. We seek a professional with strong leadership capabilities, results orientation, and an operational focus—capable of coordinating multiple departments, optimizing distribution processes, and ensuring adherence to customer delivery commitments. This position plays a key role in route planning, management of owned and third-party fleets, documentation control, and monitoring of operational KPIs. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate daily distribution, transportation, and delivery operations for graphic materials. * Plan, optimize, and monitor distribution routes to maximize operational efficiency. * Lead and supervise operational staff, including drivers, motorized couriers, and external transportation providers. * Maintain continuous coordination with various organizational departments to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. * Monitor delivery status and manage incidents in real time. * Verify that each delivery includes the required documentation and supporting evidence. * Monitor the operational status of owned and third-party vehicles, including documentation, insurance, technical inspections, and valid permits. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the fleet. * Prepare operational reports, management indicators, and dashboards to support decision-making. * Implement controls to ensure full delivery traceability and drive continuous process improvement. * Supervise proper handling, loading, and unloading of materials, ensuring quality and safety standards. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising distribution, transportation, or last-mile logistics operations. * Knowledge of route planning and distribution control. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience using Power BI for report and management indicator development. * Experience in fleet documentation control and transportation provider management. * Preferred experience in distributing graphic materials or products requiring delivery control and traceability. * Leadership skills and ability to manage operational teams, along with professional ethics.
