* **Technical**
* Ensure implementation of activities in compliance with national office technical standards, namely: Logical Framework, DIP, ITT, budget, and project management standards.
* Coordinate preparation of annual detailed plans, planning of key program activities, and their implementation in accordance with the action plan, ITT, and budget approved by the support office.
* + Activities planned in ITTs meet technical criteria (impact-oriented), are implemented on time, and completed at 100%.
* Monthly, quarterly, and final targets achieve a minimum of 95%.
* One annual planning meeting, plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings are conducted (with supporting reports) to assess activity integration, progress status, and decision-making as needed.

* **Managerial**
* Monitor proper use and sound, transparent management of resources to ensure achievement of objectives and reliability and quality of technical and financial reports per institutional standards and principles.
* Establish an effective coordination, management, and supervision system resulting in a strong, effective, and efficient team.
* Ensure staff implement and comply with financial, administrative, and logistical procedures.
* Guarantee implementation of World Vision’s performance management system in accordance with established standards, norms, and timelines.
* Actively participate in recruitment and orientation of project staff.
* Support capacity strengthening of various groups involved in projects, including project management committees, targeting committees, and local authorities, to serve families in humanitarian emergency situations.
* Conduct analysis of cash distribution, community activities, and nutrition in communities.
* Coordinate and supervise project activities.
* Ensure project documentation is prepared, including weekly and monthly project implementation status reports per World Vision requirements.
* Conduct regular development inspections highlighting potential areas of concern.
* Assist the project manager in liaising with finance and grants teams via the project manager to track project expenditures.
* Review financial reports and timely process associated expenditure requests.
**Networking and Advocacy**
Ensure advocacy and behavior change activities conducted at the project level impact the lives of the most vulnerable.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure better resource utilization.
* A system for tracking and controlling equipment and fuel usage is in place, monitored, and used for decision-making.
* 100% of procurements are carried out according to the established schedule and procedures; goods are registered and managed per asset management policy and security standards.
* Performance evaluations (semi-annual and annual) are conducted for 100% of project staff; constructive feedback, mentoring plans developed and monitored, and administrative decisions made (as needed).
* All organizational culture indicators are communicated, applied, monitored, and inform managerial decisions.
* Procurement plans and budgets are executed at 100%, within timeframe, and in compliance with standards and procedures.
* Ensure appropriate management of project burn rate and timely implementation of activities.
* \# of relevant partnerships established and MOUs signed.

**Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting**
Ensure effective operation of a high-performing monitoring and evaluation system for data collection, regular information tracking, and documentation of results demonstrating meaningful effects and impact on the most vulnerable (per WV’s technical definition).
* \# of monitoring and supervision visits conducted (with supporting reports) to verify that reported activity outcomes are validated and consistent with field visit reports and other supporting documents.
* 100% of reports are submitted per donor and support office standards and requirements (impact-oriented content, success stories, photos).
* At least two innovations, two best practices, and two lessons learned are identified monthly and applied.
* A community monitoring and accountability system exists, generates honest feedback, and facilitates local stakeholder ownership of activities.
Required Professional Experience
* University degree in business administration, development studies, or any related field.
* Strong background in Cash Transfer programming and project management.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing food security and nutrition projects or projects funded by international donors.
* Experience working with local communities.
* Strong organizational, management, and planning skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage a heavy workload.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Strong capacity and knowledge in staff management and capacity development.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations per organizational mission.
* Ability to work collaboratively and act as coach and mentor to team members.
* Adherence to World Vision’s Child Protection Policy, Safeguarding Policy, and all other policies and procedures.

* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Development Sciences, or Community Development.
Preferred Knowledge

* Minimum 3 years’ experience working with NGOs on food security and nutrition programs.
* Experience working in remote environments and ability to live within communities.

* Solid knowledge of SAME project management.
