Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to execute Equipment Lubrication Services at a Concentrator Plant, with a focus on equipment management and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead lubrication and fault diagnosis programs. 2. Apply knowledge in tribology and lubricant selection. 3. Experience in lubrication of stationary and mobile equipment in mining. CONSORCIO BYAS CHILLOROYA MECÁNICA \& REVESTIMIENTOS is seeking a Field Supervisor to execute Equipment Lubrication Services at the Concentrator Plant – Constancia Mining Unit, Cusco. \- **Education:** Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer. \- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in lubrication of stationary and mobile equipment at medium- or large-scale concentrator plants. \- **Technical Competencies:** Execution of lubrication programs, analysis and interpretation of oil sample results, condition monitoring, early fault diagnosis, use of lubrication software, tribology, frequency calculation, lubricant selection, and SDS sheet handling. \- **Regulatory and Safety Requirements:** Energy Isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), ICML 55 Asset Management Standard, and HSEC management. **\- Location:** Chumbivilcas, Cusco / Mine Operations **\- Work Schedule:** 14x07 (Field work) **\- Benefits:** 100% covered accommodation, meals, and internal/local transportation by the contracting/principal company; formal payroll enrollment.
