If you have experience leading accounting functions in retail, commercial, or warehouse businesses—and are passionate about maintaining clear, organized, and strategic finances to support business growth—we want to meet you! **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Accounting (professional registration preferred but not mandatory depending on experience). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, leading accounting for retail stores, minimarkets, warehouses, or FMCG companies. * **Key Knowledge:** * Proficiency in POS billing systems and accounting software (e.g., Concar, Siscont, or similar). * Inventory control and valuation (Kardex, shrinkage, stock levels). * Current Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT, tax regimes, withholdings, collections). * Financial statements * **Skills:** High level of organization, attention to detail, unwavering integrity, and financial analysis capability to support decision-making. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory and Cost Control:** Supervise Kardex valuation, analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, and accurately record shrinkage or returns. * **Cash and Bank Management:** Perform daily reconciliation of store sales (cash, credit/debit cards, digital wallets) against bank deposits. * **Vendor Management:** Record, schedule, and monitor accounts payable to vendors and service providers, ensuring all documentation properly supports expenditures. * **Tax Filings and Payments:** Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations to SUNAT (e.g., IGV, Income Tax, PLAME), ensuring compliance with all statutory deadlines. * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare monthly financial reports—including balance sheet, income statement, and actual cash flow—for management review, identifying opportunities for cost optimization. **What Profile and Skills Do We Value?** * **Organized Mindset:** Ability to structure financial processes and maintain impeccable document archives. * **Proactivity:** Propose improvements in store cash flow and internal controls. * **Teamwork:** Constant coordination with store staff to ensure accurate invoice processing and cash reconciliations. **What Do We Offer?** * Opportunity to propose and implement financial improvements within the business. * Discounts on our products.
