Design, calculate, and monitor HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, headcount, labor cost, productivity, absenteeism). Develop executive dashboards and reports for management tracking. Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities Develop and track the personnel expense budget (OPEX). Analyze variances against budget (budget vs. actual). Forecast labor cost scenarios (forecast). Build headcount and cost projection models. Simulate scenarios (growth, restructuring, salary adjustments).
