Job Summary: Analyze, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators and spending budgets to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and monitor HR KPIs 2. Develop executive dashboards and reports 3. Support strategic decisions with quantitative data **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure efficiency and sustainability through analysis, monitoring, and optimization of key performance indicators and spending budgets. Design, calculate, and monitor HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, headcount, labor cost, productivity, absenteeism). Develop executive dashboards and reports for management tracking. Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities Develop and track the personnel expense budget (OPEX). Analyze variances against budget (budget vs. actual). Forecast labor cost scenarios (forecast). Build headcount and cost projection models. Simulate scenarios (growth, restructuring, salary adjustments).
