Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visual assets, manage multimedia content, and contribute to the brand image of the ITEP Institute. Key Highlights: 1. Development of graphic assets and social media content. 2. Editing of photographic and audiovisual material. 3. Contribution to brand development and web image management. The ITEP Institute \- AREQUIPA is currently seeking: **GRAPHIC DESIGNER** **Requirements:** * Student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Development of graphic assets and communication materials for various social media platforms. * Editing of photographic and audiovisual material. * Creation of advertising content that supports brand development. Designing and evaluating the graphic line (form, background, photography, text, and social impact). * Maintaining the graphical identity of the website. * Participating in the creation of motivational content and activations. * Managing the ITEP Institute's YouTube channel. * Taking photographs during institutional activations, as well as of newly hired administrative and/or teaching staff. * Performing other duties assigned by the RIT within the scope of their competence, as directed by senior management. **Benefits:** * Compensation commensurate with profile * Career development path * Excellent work environment * Access to payroll Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
