Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and communicative Graphic Designer to join Agrotech Maquinarias, developing visual content and videos for social media. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose creative ideas and enhance brand communication **Agrotech Maquinarias** is looking to incorporate a **Graphic Designer** into its team to work in the Marketing and content creation area. We seek a **creative, extroverted, communicative, and proactive** individual capable of developing graphic assets, editing videos, and actively participating in content creation for our social media channels. REQUIREMENTS * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**. * Knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva**. * Experience in graphic design and social media content creation. * Ability to operate cameras and smartphones for photography and content recording. * Capability to record and edit **Reels, TikToks, and videos for Instagram and Facebook**. * Creativity and visual judgment. * Strong verbal communication skills and effective expression. * Extroverted, proactive, and self-motivated individual. * Ability to collaborate in teams and co-develop ideas with the Marketing department. * Availability for on-site work. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design graphic assets for campaigns and social media. * Create and edit videos for **TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook**. * Record products, facilities, demonstrations, and commercial content. * Conduct photography and videography using cameras and smartphones. * Participate in content planning and production. * Propose creative ideas to improve brand communication. * Support various activities and campaigns within the Marketing department. CONDITIONS **Location:** Av. México 893, La Victoria – Lima **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,000 per month, depending on demonstrated skills and experience. **Benefits:** Formal employment registration from day one and all statutory benefits. **Work Mode:** On-site employment.
