We are looking for a creative **Graphic / Multimedia Designer**, passionate about visual communication and possessing strategic vision to develop campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences—contributing to the strengthening of our brands. What will be your main responsibilities? * Design graphic assets for digital and print advertising campaigns. * Create content for social media, websites, and digital platforms. * Develop visual concepts for product launches and commercial campaigns. * Design materials for corporate events, activations, and brand experiences. * Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen the visual identity of our brands. * Adapt creative assets for various formats and communication channels. What are we looking for? * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related fields. * Minimum of **1** year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign**. * Knowledge of **Premiere Pro and/or After Effects** (preferred). * Familiarity with **Figma** (preferred). * Excellent aesthetic judgment, creativity, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * **Portfolio submission is mandatory** (Behance, personal website, or PDF) to proceed with the selection process. **Work Mode:** On-site – Santiago de Surco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** * Service Provision Contract * Fixed fee plus variable compensation based on achievement of objectives and KPIs Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your availability to start working with us? * Do you agree with the working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the service provision contract employment mode? * Briefly tell us about your experience.
