Conflict resolution and maintenance of a positive work environment Job Description: **Requirements:** \-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \-Minimum of 3 years of experience. \-Solid knowledge of labor legislation and occupational safety and health. \-Excellent leadership and personnel management skills. \-Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions. \-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** \-Manage and supervise company personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and discipline. \-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding industrial safety and health. \-Coordinate with various departments to plan and allocate human resources. \-Resolve personnel-related conflicts and issues while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. \-Prepare and support payroll processing and payment for contracted workers. \-Prepare and update the monthly employee attendance and tardiness records. \-Calculate severance payments for employees terminating their employment with the company, ensuring compliance with applicable benefits. \-Periodically report to management on personnel performance according to KPIs or company requests, and maintain an up-to-date personnel database. **Requirements** · Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent · 3 years of experience · Age: between 27 and 50 years old Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
