Our client, a major Logistics Operator in Southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** . University graduate or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related fields. * Specialization in supply chain or inventory management is desirable. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinator or lead inventory roles. * Proven experience managing inventories of multiple references (3 years desirable). * Proficiency with ERP tools and transportation management systems (TMS). * Experience in managing and controlling logistics indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. * Management of computer resources for optimization. * Knowledge of tools enabling inventory management (slotting, turnover measurement, obsolescence, ERI, ERU, file rate). **Job Responsibilities** Monitor department indicators, keep them updated, and lead actions focused on maintaining and improving KPIs. * Identify and control variables causing deviations in inventory accuracy. * Implement efficient control policies, ensuring reliability and alignment between recorded data and physical stock. * Ensure proper training and instruction of operational staff for accurate recording during inbound and outbound processes. * Determine root causes and corrective actions for deviations identified during audits. * Actively participate in developing asset and operational security policies to prevent stock discrepancies.
