Our client, a major Logistics Operator in Southern Lima, is looking to hire the best professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, Logistics or related fields. * Preferably specialized in supply chain and operations management. * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in systemic task assignment roles for operational staff. * Proven experience in systemic task administration for managing diverse activities. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in ERP tools and transportation management systems (TMS). * Experience in logistics indicators management and control (KPIs). * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. * Management of IT resources for optimization. * Occupational Health and Safety applied to logistics operations. * Knowledge of inventory management tools (slotting, turnover measurement, obsolescence, ERI, ERU, file rate). **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage assigned tasks within the distribution center systems. * Identify and oversee required activities to ensure execution of operational plans. * Implement task assignment policies based on operation volumes, capacity, and constraints. * Determine root causes and corrective actions to improve performance and productivity of assigned tasks. * Actively participate in developing actions to enhance operational conditions, aiming for efficiency.
