Application of techniques for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations At HolSalud, we are currently seeking a **Speech-Language Therapist** to join our home-based care programs, delivering specialized therapeutic attention in language, speech, communication, and swallowing to patients receiving home-based care. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement therapeutic plans prescribed by the attending physician * Conduct home visits according to schedule * Apply intervention techniques for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations * Document clinical progress in the electronic medical record * Report changes in the patient's condition * Coordinate care and report incidents to the support team **Requirements** * Professional degree in Speech-Language Therapy or related field * Active professional license * Minimum 2 years of experience * Basic computer skills (preferred) * Experience in home-based care (preferred) **Competencies** * Effective communication * Responsibility and organization * Strong interpersonal skills * Proficiency in writing clinical reports **Position Conditions** * Location: North Lima, Callao * Modality: Home-based * Schedule: As scheduled Salary: S/.60\.00 \- S/.65\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Please specify the districts you can travel to: * Do you hold an active professional license?
