Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of an interprovincial bus fleet. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises compliance with safety standards in maintenance. **Maintenance Manager – Interprovincial Bus Fleet** **Palomino**, a leading company in personnel transportation, cargo transportation, and interprovincial transportation, is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as: **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet. * Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Maintenance Plan. * Supervise the execution of maintenance work performed in the maintenance workshop. * Manage and track mechanical assistance records and unit failures, ensuring implementation of action plans. * Supervise vehicle entry logs into the workshop and maintenance history records. * Monitor and track operational failures per unit. * Ensure compliance with safety norms, policies, and procedures in maintenance areas. * Address repair requests from various operational departments and prepare corresponding reports. * Supervise and track roadside mechanical assistance. * Investigate incidents related to damages caused by operational failures and issue respective reports. * Supervise timely submission of maintenance management indicators to Management. **Requirements** * Degree holder and licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in similar positions managing interprovincial bus fleets. * Solid knowledge of maintenance management, planning, costs, management indicators (KPIs), and workshop administration. * Proficiency in computer tools and maintenance management systems. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Excellent working environment. **Join Palomino and become part of a leading company in the transportation sector!** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
