Opportunities for professional development and advancement **Key Account Manager, Northwestern Region** ---------------------------------------------------------------- Posted 3 days ago Currently, for an industrial services client, we are seeking a candidate for the position of: **Key Account Manager, Northwestern Region.** ### **Responsibilities:** * Managing company clients in the northwestern region of Poland (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Szczecin, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Piła, Ustka, Słupsk); * Presenting the company's offerings to industrial clients, including heavy industry, and participating in local site visits for tender inquiries; * Gathering information on clients' investment plans and scheduled maintenance shutdowns; * Establishing and developing relationships with decision-makers; * Preparing technical and commercial offers as well as required tender documentation; * Post-sales support and conducting audits of implementation teams; * Collaborating with the operations department in scheduling work plans; * Supporting the technical department in estimating and executing specialized projects; * Organizing and conducting negotiation meetings with industrial clients, including heavy industry (e.g., metallurgy, power generation, mining, etc.). ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector; * Ability to work independently in the field and self-organize tasks; * Willingness to visit heavy industrial sites (e.g., steel mills, refineries, power plants, chemical plants); * Valid driver's license category B; * Proficiency in MS Office suite; * High engagement, openness to learning, and positive attitude. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience selling services in the industrial sector; * Experience selling to the heavy industry sector; * University degree – technical background preferred; * Knowledge of English language. ### **Offer:** * Stable employment under an employment contract (UOP) or B2B agreement (7\-12\.000 PLN gross under UOP; 8\-13\.000 PLN net \+ VAT under B2B); * Competitive remuneration along with bonuses and commissions (commission system based on sales value); * Work tools, including: company car (also for private use), laptop, mobile phone; * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement; * Industry-specific training and expert support; * Work within a professional and cohesive team.
