**Project Mechanical Engineer**
**Job Objective**
Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control the execution of mechanical and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical scopes, schedules, management indicators (KPIs), budget, quality standards, and safety standards. Additionally, provide technical support in evaluating Terms of Reference (TDR), optimize resource management, and promote continuous improvement through the use of technological tools to ensure project efficiency and profitability.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
* Licensed and registered with the professional engineering association (preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience in industrial project management and monitoring.
* Experience in industrial plants, mechanical maintenance, and hydraulic systems.
* Knowledge of project management and experience in concentrator plants.
* Experience in energy transition projects (preferred).
* Knowledge of TDR analysis, technical specifications, and valuation control.
* Proficiency in management indicators (KPIs), cost control, and progress tracking.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk software.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Project.
* Familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence tools is preferred.
* Candidates with equivalent experience in Electromechanical Engineering will also be considered.
**Responsibilities**
* Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical and industrial projects.
* Develop and control execution schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
* Monitor KPIs related to productivity, costs, compliance, and project progress.
* Analyze TDR, technical scopes, and client requirements.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and field teams.
* Supervise assembly, maintenance, and mechanical execution activities.
* Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and executive presentations.
* Manage resources, risks, and opportunities for improvement during project execution.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Participate in budget preparation, valuations, and cost control.
