Job Summary:
Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, daily maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting of mining crushing and screening equipment, as well as customer communication and operator training in Spanish.

**Job Responsibilities**
1\. **On-Site Installation and Commissioning**: Collaborate with domestic engineers to complete on-site installation, startup commissioning, and trial operation acceptance of mining crushing and screening equipment.
2\. **Daily Maintenance and Inspection**: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of stationed equipment; record equipment operating status; promptly address simple mechanical failures to ensure uninterrupted operation of the mining production line.
3\. **Customer Coordination and Training**: Communicate with local mining enterprise customers and on-site workers in Spanish; explain basic equipment operation and maintenance procedures; answer questions arising from daily use.
4\. **After-Sales Issue Reporting**: Compile on-site equipment failures, spare parts consumption, and usage issues; synchronize information with the domestic technical team; assist in implementing after-sales rectifications, spare parts requisition, and replacement follow-up.
5\. **Localized Service Maintenance**: Maintain relationships with local customers; monitor equipment usage; collect market feedback and equipment improvement suggestions; support implementation of regional after-sales services.
6\. **Safe and Compliant Operations**: Adhere to Peruvian mine HSE safety regulations; standardize on-site work procedures; maintain accurate after-sales logs and service records.
**Requirements**
1\. **Language Proficiency (Core Requirement)**: Fluent in Spanish, capable of seamless oral communication and daily reading/writing, able to independently interact with local customers and site personnel.
2\. **Professional Foundation**: Possess fundamental mechanical knowledge; understand mechanical equipment structure and basic repair principles; candidates with majors in mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, automotive repair, automation, or related fields are preferred.
