Position Summary: We are seeking Nursing Technicians to provide basic nursing care and attention to patients, assist healthcare staff with procedures, and maintain order in the assigned area. Compliance with patient care, biosafety, and quality protocols Clínica del Inca is currently seeking two Nursing Technicians to join our team. Main Responsibilities: \* Provide basic nursing care and attention to patients. \* Support nursing staff in medical procedures and supportive activities. \* Monitor and record vital signs. \* Maintain order and proper arrangement of materials in the area. \* Comply with institutional patient care, biosafety, and quality protocols. Requirements: \* Certified or graduated Nursing Technician. \* Experience in patient care. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation. \* Availability to work 24-hour shifts. Working Conditions: \* Schedule: 24 x 24 hours. \* Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. \* Remuneration: S/ 1,200 per month. \* Punctuality bonus: S/ 150 per month. \* Formal employment under the MYPE regime. \* Immediate hiring. \* Contract effective from the first day of work, initially for 6 months, renewable based on performance.
