Conduct commercial analysis for compensation based on balances in the ETV, using vault surplus as a basis. 2\. Monitor and execute BCRP operations according to Negotiated Sales. 3\. Monitor the vault ledger. 4\. Monitor the branch ledger. 5\. Manage balances to meet BBVA’s cash demand across all its service channels, as well as additional post-demand requirements (stock management). 6\. Monitor operational efficiency of cash in vaults. 7\. Address Internal Audit observations. 8\. Respond to requests and observations from regulatory entities. 9\. Apply Agile methodology. 10\. After-sales service: Monitoring of the operational cash desk (branches, ATMs, vaults), commercial management. 11\. Supervise accounting discrepancies (entries). 12\. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering**, **Systems Engineering**, **Business Administration**, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in data analysis, process optimization, or operations management. * Knowledge of **Supply Chain**, **Data Analytics**, advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, SQL skills for data querying and analysis, knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** and application of generative AI tools to improve productivity, information analysis, and process automation. * **Soft Skills:** Orientation toward **Continuous Improvement**, **Critical Thinking** and analytical capability, **Proactivity** and initiative in problem-solving, **Assertive Communication** and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to collaborate effectively and focus on results, curiosity and willingness to develop and adopt new technologies and AI-based solutions. **Desirable Knowledge** * Experience or knowledge in **Digital Transformation**. * Participation in projects related to **process digitization** and **operations automation**. * Familiarity with business-oriented AI tools, machine learning, or intelligent process automation. * Familiarity with process improvement and optimization methodologies. * Experience managing and coordinating with **suppliers** and **internal customers**. * Ability to manage requirements, track initiatives, and coordinate across different departments. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
