Position Summary: Clínica Providencia is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and follow up on diagnostic tests and procedures while providing patient accompaniment and guidance. Management of administrative procedures and service reports ***Clínica Providencia*** is seeking top talent for the position of ***Patient Experience Manager.*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Follow up with patients who have not completed auxiliary diagnostic tests prescribed by specialists. * Coordinate procedure appointments with patients and the clinical support team. * Maintain and update the database with records of performed activities. * Accompany patients, resolving questions regarding diagnostic tests, procedures, and administrative processes. * Prepare and submit conversion, difficulty, and incident reports to the immediate supervisor. * Guide patients during their clinic stay (e.g., obtaining tickets, locating consultation rooms, administrative departments, etc.). * Coordinate with floor technicians for additional specialty appointments when no response is received via internal extension. * Provide specialized guidance to SOAT patients regarding letter processing procedures and appointment scheduling. * Contact SOAT patients who missed their appointments or therapies, guiding them on renewal of expired letters and accompanying them to the relevant department. * Report relevant observations identified during patient care and accompaniment. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Availability to work 48 hours per week. * Completed secondary education; technical studies in administration, marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role or similar roles.
