**Occupational Health Internship Program – INSAD (Free of Charge)**
Are you a graduate nursing technician seeking real-world experience in the Occupational Health sector? **INSAD** invites you to join our Internship Program. This is a fully funded, formative opportunity designed to enhance your clinical and administrative competencies within a high-demand professional setting.
**Program Details**
* **Duration:** 3 months.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (ideal for productive mornings).
* **Cost:** 100% Free. INSAD covers all biosafety materials, reagents, and biomedical equipment.
**What Will You Learn With Us? (Comprehensive Learning Plan)**
To ensure your profile remains highly competitive in the job market, your training will cover two key areas:
**1\. Functional and Clinical Testing Area**
* **Audiometry:** Operation of equipment and assessment of hearing capacity.
* **Spirometry:** Protocols and measurement of pulmonary function.
* **Auxiliary Examinations:** Conducting other functional tests at the center based on your initiative.
**2\. Operational Management and Administrative Control Area**
* **Appointment Scheduling Control:** Thoroughly reviewing daily schedules for companies and scheduled workers.
* **Reception and Registration:** Formally registering patient entry into the system upon initiation of their medical workflow.
* **Admission:** Validation of user data.
* **Medical Record Digitization:** Correct scanning of documents and uploading of auxiliary examination results (images) to the medical system.
* **Data Processing:** Entering, organizing, and validating results on the internal platform.
* **Environment Maintenance:** Strict cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and consultation rooms between each patient visit.
**Your Growth Pathway**
* **Initial Practice:** You will perform tests and processes under direct supervision by an experienced staff member.
* **Independence and Mastery:** You will execute tasks autonomously, gaining speed and precision with real patients.
* **Leadership and Mentorship:** You will have the opportunity to train and guide the next intern joining the program. Teaching will reinforce your own knowledge and enrich your professional profile.
**Eligibility Requirements**
* Be a **Nursing Technician** (graduated or certified).
* Strong willingness to learn digital processes, administrative organization, and patient care.
* Punctuality, proactivity, and commitment to the full 3-month program.
