Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to improve the efficiency and quality of internal processes, ensuring knowledge management and compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Improve the efficiency and quality of internal processes 2. Design and model processes with Bizagi 3. Ensure the Knowledge Management flow MISSION Improve the efficiency and quality of internal processes through their evaluation, design, and modeling, ensuring proper knowledge management and compliance with the company's quality standards. FUNCTIONS * Evaluate, diagnose, and design assigned processes. * Define the stages and activities comprising each process. * Analyze process activities for simplification. * Diagram the company's intervened processes using process modeling tools (Bizagi or others). * Ensure proper Knowledge Management flow and compliance with the company's Quality Management model. * Perform other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Office and process modeling tools (Bizagi). * Knowledge of Quality Standards. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. * Work experience in Process Management and/or Quality. * Experience in the financial sector (desirable).
