Job Summary: Bioplast is seeking a Production and Continuous Improvement Engineer to analyze, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, driving operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking one (1) **PRODUCTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER** **Requirements**: \- Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields \- 1–2 years of experience in similar roles focused on Continuous Improvement, Processes, or Productivity within industrial manufacturing plants (mass consumer goods or packaging/plastics experience preferred). **General Responsibilities:** **OEE Analysis and Enhancement:** Analyze losses related to Availability, Performance, and Quality to design and implement direct, line-level action plans. **Time and Speed Studies:** Conduct cycle time measurements, setups (SMED), startups, and format changeovers on the shop floor to establish realistic production standards. **Production Schedule Monitoring:** Coordinate with supervisors to ensure daily/weekly plan adherence and resolve bottlenecks in real time. **Bottleneck Identification:** Analyze line capacity, balance workloads, and optimize inter-departmental flows (Extrusion, Printing, Laminating, Cutting, Sealing, etc.). **Standardization and Improvement Plans:** Develop and implement standard work instructions, machine parameter matrices, and Kaizen / 5S projects. **Benefits:** 1\.
