Participate in high-impact and growth-oriented projects **PROJECT ARCHITECT** Our company is currently seeking a Project Architect — a highly committed and results-driven professional with experience in the real estate sector and the ability to comprehensively lead the development, planning, and execution of projects. **Requirements** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered as an Architect. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and development. * Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the real estate sector. * Solid knowledge and experience in Urban Development Approvals. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project, S10, AutoCAD, and Revit. * Specialization and/or courses in Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Construction Supervision, or Project Management and Leadership. * Familiarity with urban regulations and procedures for obtaining licenses and permits. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Santiago de Surco. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, plan, and supervise the comprehensive development of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines, quality standards, and objectives. * Coordinate meetings with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in each project. * Evaluate land plots and properties to determine their technical, regulatory, and commercial feasibility. * Prepare and review descriptive reports, technical files, specifications, and other documentation required for project execution. * Manage physical\-legal regularization processes in coordination with relevant departments. * Supervise the development of construction drawings, detailed construction documents, and technical documentation for construction. * Direct and monitor procedures related to licenses, permits, certifications, and inspections required by competent authorities. * Participate in cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling of construction activities. * Supervise physical progress of projects through periodic inspections and quality control. * Prepare management reports and progress updates for senior management. * Propose improvements and optimizations in project design, planning, and execution processes. **Benefits** * Compensation up to S/5,000 * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll system * Opportunities for professional training and development * Corporate benefits * Excellent working environment * Participation in high-impact and growth-oriented projects within the organization.
