(100% fieldwork; travel availability is mandatory) **JOB OBJECTIVE** Represent our brands at various sales points, drive sales of our products, ensure excellent product display, and strengthen brand presence. **Responsibilities**: 1\. Promote and boost our products. 2\. Conduct product tastings and commercial activations. 3\. Maintain proper product display and presentation. 4\. Verify stock levels, pricing, and display space. 5\. Support product rotation. 6\. Report sales, incidents, and activities performed. 7\. Identify opportunities for improvement at the point of sale. **Requirements** · Minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter, brand ambassador, or merchandiser. · Experience in supermarkets, stores, markets, or other sales points. · Sales orientation and goal-oriented mindset. · Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. · Proficiency in report preparation and photographic evidence documentation. · Availability for fieldwork and travel to various sales points. · Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/.1,200 + Transportation allowance: S/.200 + Variable bonus based on achievement of commercial targets * Travel allowances according to scheduled trips. * Opportunity for career growth within the company. * Join a Peruvian company undergoing commercial expansion.
