Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead the team in Cusco, focusing on job profile development, screening, interviews, coordination, and shortlist preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the recruitment and selection team. 2. Conduct job profile development and candidate screening. 3. Negotiate and close offers with candidates. Our client, a leading security company, is seeking a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST to lead the recruitment and selection team in Cusco. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience leading recruitment and selection teams. * Proven experience in industrial or mass recruitment. * Proficiency in Excel. * Willingness to work onsite in Cusco. Responsibilities: * Detailed job profile development in collaboration with the requesting department. * Management of diverse sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and ATS database. * Competency-based screening and interviews; administration/review of assessments. * Coordination with Hiring Managers and candidates for interviews. * Preparation of shortlists and evidence-based recommendations. * Negotiation and offer closure with candidates; pre\-onboarding coordination. * Rigorous ATS updates and adherence to internal policies. * Weekly progress and risk reports per vacancy.
