Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Intern to manage the candidate database, conduct interviews, validate applicants, and support talent acquisition. Key Highlights: 1. Career progression opportunities based on performance We are currently searching for a professional for the position of Recruitment and Selection Intern with 3 months of experience in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities: * Manage the candidate database and schedule candidates for in-store face-to-face interviews (e.g., issuing interview invitations, responding to candidate inquiries, and providing information regarding vacancies and applications). * Conduct reference checks and applicant screening to validate qualified candidates. * Prepare reports on management indicators, updating and maintaining data such as number of processes handled, execution time, and process status. * Manage recruitment channels (e.g., leaflet distribution, on-site activations, job fairs, institutional talks, etc.) aimed at attracting candidates. * Publish and promote various job openings across multiple recruitment channels. * Conduct field recruitment at store locations (according to schedule). * Facilitate group dynamics and mass interviews. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum 3 months of experience * Psychology students or graduates, or those with related academic backgrounds * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work onsite during office hours in the district of San Isidro * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactive attitude Benefits: * Career progression opportunities based on performance \* Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
