Job Summary: We are seeking route merchandisers for supermarkets responsible for displaying meat products, analyzing competition, and promoting market development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes and displays meat products in supermarkets. 2. Analyzes competition and generates commercial action proposals. 3. Drives commercial agreements and product tastings. Good day, we are CENTRO CARNES, a distributor and marketer of meat products. We are currently looking for 3 route merchandisers for supermarkets. Responsibilities: · Store visits from Monday to Saturday. * Display the company's full product range on supermarket shelves or display cases. * Monitor new competitor products and communicate actionable commercial proposals to Sales and Marketing departments based on competitive intelligence. * Promote market development for Centro Carnes products by driving promotional commercial agreements and tastings, among other activities. * Report inventory levels for each store. * Update and place current pricing labels for company products. * Maintain regular coordination with the assigned Supervisor. Requirements: * Availability to work in the field. * Availability to travel to southern districts: Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, etc. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary: S/1200 Transportation allowance: S/400 \+ Performance bonus (food card). Bi-weekly payments. Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
