Support in digital marketing and content management JOB PROFILE – SALES ADVISOR **Job Objective:** To provide professional customer service and advisory, manage commercial opportunities, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Serve, advise, and follow up with prospective and existing customers. \- Prospect new customers and manage the existing client portfolio. \- Present products, services, demonstrations, and quotations. \- Conduct sales follow-up and closure. \- Record and update customer information and interactions. \- Manage payments and documentation required for transactions. \- Meet established commercial targets and objectives. \- Support digital marketing initiatives and content/promotion management across digital channels. **Competencies and Skills:** \- Excellent communication and persuasion skills. \- Customer orientation and empathy. \- Negotiation ability and objection handling. \- Results orientation. \- Proactivity, responsibility, and perseverance. \- Adaptability and problem-solving ability. \- Knowledge of digital marketing. \- Proficiency with digital tools, WhatsApp Business, CRM, email, and office software. **Education and Experience:** \- Completed secondary education or technical/university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. \- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or consultative sales. \- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. **Essential Availability Requirements:** 24/7 availability, Monday through Sunday, to serve and follow up with customers according to service needs. \- Extensive availability of time and flexible working hours. \- Willingness to travel within and outside the city, as required by job functions. \- Ability to respond promptly to requests and situations arising outside regular working hours**.** **JOB CONDITIONS** Base salary: S/ 1,500 per month. This position requires a highly available, committed, commercially oriented individual capable of providing continuous customer service and follow-up.
