Two years of experience in personnel selection or talent attraction as an Assistant. Experience in headhunting for staff and clinical positions. Desirable experience in the healthcare sector. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of AI usage (desirable). Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (on-site mode). Requirements **Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:** Conducting recruitment and selection of personnel for specialized clinical and staff positions. Monitoring and supporting control of the clinic’s staffing requirements to ensure timely coverage. Controlling and ensuring the quality of documentation processes. Applying filters according to company policies. Supporting management of talent attraction indicators and strategies. Conducting benchmarking for each assigned position.
