Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to facilitate refinement meetings, prepare functional and technical documentation, and provide post-production support while working in agile teams. Facilitate Project Refinement meetings, supporting the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in addressing MVPs under guidelines defined by SDA and CEA. 2\. Receive the project scope transferred from refinement activities to register commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter. 3\. Prepare required functional and technical documentation for project development; build software components according to guidelines provided by the Factory and under standards defined by the Bank; prepare, execute, and document test cases in accordance with the project’s functional and technical requirements; and provide support for production deployment of developed components. 4\. Provide post-production support for deployed developments. 5\. Create manuals or guides for implemented solutions to be shared with other teams. 6\. Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory, supporting project development under standards and guidelines ensuring high-quality deliverables. 7\. Comply with the agile framework in project development, promoting agile principles and values within the team. 8\. Advise the team on technical constraints affecting project development. 9\. Support communication of key project activities that must be executed cross-functionally across different teams. 10\. Participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring expertise from Reliability teams. 11. Other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
