Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional to configure computer equipment, install operating systems, modify files, and perform maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment We are currently recruiting personnel for the Technical Support position at Konecta – Lima City Center office. Work Modality: On-site Responsibilities: * Configuration of computer equipment * Installation of operating systems and disk images * Modification of system files and basic parameters * Equipment preventive/corrective support and maintenance Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Computing and Informatics or Networking (minimum 3 years) * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support * Basic knowledge of Cisco networking * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts (day and night shifts) * Preference given to candidates not currently enrolled in studies due to shift rotation requirements Benefits: * Base salary: S/ 1,400 * Enrollment in MYPE payroll at 50% * Career development path * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
